Specifically, all supervisory employees must receive at least two hours of training at least once every two years. Importantly, the training webinars offered by Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP educate management on what constitutes workplace harassment, how to recognize it, and how to prevent it. Additionally, the webinars satisfy employers’ obligation to provide harassment prevention training.
